Eshu
Point it at a house and Eshu reads everything public about it: the assessor, permits, sales, crime, 311 calls, how long the neighbors stay, census, flood maps, walkability, court records, and the historical society. Then it writes a careful buyer's read: what looks good, what to check, and what it couldn't find.

- Our role
- The idea, the design, the code. All of it.
- Inside
- eleven public data sources, a multi-stage AI pipeline, a status light for every source
How it works
Every source gets its own status light and its own plain explanation, so you can see where each claim came from.
The rule that matters most: when a source is missing, Eshu says missing. It never guesses. A report that admits what it doesn't know is one you can trust about what it does.
